These terms apply to aidanmdesign.xyz, aidan-mcfarlane-portfolio.zellibot.chatgpt.site and their localized pages. Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its visitors or its infrastructure.

• Do not transmit malware, probe or disrupt the site's security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent enquiries, or use automated collection in a way that burdens the service or infringes another person's rights.

The site presents direct work, agency-delivered work, commissioned work and clearly identified portfolio or conceptual work. Project descriptions are intended to explain Aidan McFarlane's role and contribution, not to imply ownership of every featured asset or a current endorsement by every named organisation.

Original site design, writing, code, photography and other material created by Aidan McFarlane are protected where applicable. Client names, logos, trademarks, supplied materials and commissioned work remain the property of their respective owners. They are shown for identification and portfolio commentary.

• You may view and share links to public pages for professional, recruitment and evaluation purposes.
• You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape at scale, remove attribution, create misleading endorsements, or use site material to train a model without prior permission or another valid legal basis.
• No licence is granted except the limited permission required to view the public site.

CV material is supplied for genuine professional and recruitment evaluation. It must not be published, resold, used for unrelated marketing or retained longer than reasonably required for that purpose.

Links and optional embeds from Instagram, Figma, LinkedIn, Behance, Medium and other services are operated by third parties. Their availability, content and terms are outside this site's control. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, agency, employment relationship or obligation to accept work. Any engagement, scope, schedule, fees, ownership and confidentiality terms must be agreed separately in writing.

Reasonable care is taken to keep the portfolio accurate and available, but content may be updated, corrected, moved or withdrawn. The site is provided for general professional information and should not be treated as legal, financial or other regulated advice.
